Setting up the Samsung VR7MD96514G/AA was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and the initial setup took only a few minutes. The device is user-friendly, with intuitive controls both on the unit itself and via the accompanying smartphone app.

In terms of vacuuming, the VR7MD96514G/AA does an impressive job. It picks up dust, pet hair, and other debris effectively on both carpets and hard floors. The mopping function is also commendable; it manages to clean up light spills and maintain a fresh look on my tile and hardwood floors. However, for heavy-duty stains, manual mopping is still required.

Mighty robot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Robot Vacuum is a mighty robot with multi functions. There are detachable mopper pads that do an excellent job of mopping up spills. The vacuum is very intelligent and does not bump into furniture. You can use an app to control its path as well. The charging port is fairly large compared to other robots but is able to clean the vacuum so it saves me the hassle. The charge is also very good and lasts for a few hours making sure that the vacuum cleans almost every inch of a room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Initially, my husband and I were hesitant to invest in this vacuum due to its cost and the size of our home. However, these concerns proved to be unfounded as the vacuum adeptly navigates every corner of our residence without any difficulty. After conducting a comprehensive mapping of our home, the device efficiently distinguishes between areas that require mopping and those that need only vacuuming, demonstrating its advanced functionality. Additionally, the built-in camera is a valuable feature that I utilize to monitor my dogs while I am away. This capability adds significant value and convenience, further justifying our purchase.

A really advanced vacuum but lacking in some ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love my vaccum as much as everyone else seems to, but I found some things to be challenging and difficult.
Firstly, it is a nice sized unit, and set up was pretty straightforward. It is nice that it is self contained and it seems to run very well, and collects a lot of dirt each and every time. It certainly take sa lot of pressure off of me to help keep the house clean.
Unfortunately, I have noticed some issues with two main things:
1) I found that the mapping of my home wasn't accurate, and the app was very buggy when I tried to re-draw the lines of the rooms of my house.
2) I have a multi floor home and there seems to be no easy way to set the vacuum up to move it between floors. I kind of just have to let it start on the first floor where the unit is, and then physically lift it up the stairs, while it starts to alert me that something isn't right.
3) The app is surpringly buggy. I have 2 Samsung TVs, one fridge, and a washer and dryer all on the app and everything runs very smooth on it, so this was a bit surprising.
4) The convenience of having the auto wash, dry, dust empty and refill in one machine where I don't need to come in contact with the dirt very often was a true gamechanger. I really loved it. It was disturbing yet satisfying to see how much dirt and mess was picked up each time, and how strong the mop and vacuum really were. My messy toddlers were no match for this device, the vacuum really collected everything!

Great vacuum

I was impressed especially by how the vacuum is able to clean itself and switch out the mop pads. My living room hasn't looked this clean in a long time. Big improvement over the prior model.

I have only had this unit about a week but so far I am very impressed. It mops and vaccums well and has some really cool features. I have 4 dogs and this unit has been great about picking up thier hair and mopping up the mud from when they go in and out of the house. I would like to see a bit better edge and corner performance, but all in all this is a great machine. I bought this on a black friday sale at a significant discount, so I am very happy with the decison. If I would have had to pay full price, I would have possibly considered some of the competitors with more comprehensive edge and corner performance.
I had the prior version of this unit and it was not great. I returned it for a Shark. I wanted a unit that mopped so I decided to try Samsung again and I am extremley happy I did.
I would recommend this to a friend!
