There are a couple of things that could improve product;
1- would help if input panel was backlit as difficult to read.
2- inside light needs to be brighter for better visibility thru glass.
3- the beep is low despite adjusting when it is ready.

It's a dud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a new microwave in my home and it's quite disappointing. It does not evenly heat food and you have to put dishes from the fridge on about 5 mins for it to be hot all the way through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Sound

were extremely helpful. I thought all microwaves had sounds. Otherwise, the machine works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would have been nice if an owner's manual was provided. Nope. Whirlpool just wants you to press buttons until you either figure it out or break it, in order to buy another one. Unimpressed!

Ok microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be very helpful to have the panel light up or to have a brighter light inside so when door is opened you can see what you are choosing. Also a complete user guide should come with the microwave. It would be nice to know all the features and how to choose them without having to just press the buttons to find out.
Also, the light underneath is very dim even on high and the timer sound is very low even at the loudest.
The microwave works fine but I am not impressed.
