TOO complicated NO user manual included!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice BUT......We have had Whirlpool appliances for decades and believe it to be a reliable well made choice. BUT when I had to pick from a limited choice of available microwaves, I wanted one that was SIMPLE, straight forward and easy to figure out. This one comes with NO USER manual and numerous worthless to us presettings and times. NONE of the presets are what I would want. The preset beverage times would overheat and ruin a cup of coffee - just t get started. I wanted to be able to instantly put in a cook time and easily choose a power level and hit start. I also don't want to hear repeated annoying "done" sounds and have to hit clear to get it to stop showing words scrolling across the key pad....it is overly complicated and unhelpful and again - NO PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS - probably bc they are so complicated it would be impossible to print - let alone use.

Don't know what all it does.... no manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a shame that operating manual doesn't come with the appliance. It was extremally difficult to find manual on internet and even then it was very difficult for us to understand. We can barely hear the finished and timer beeper even with it turned up to it's highest setting. Settings for stove light and fan speed don't make much difference. Light not bright enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product, but not smearless

Outstanding Sensor features

New Whirlpool Sensor Technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just upgraded my old Whirlpool Microwave Model MH1150XMB-1 to a new Sensor Whirlpool Microwave Model WMMS3330RZ. I tried the sensor cooking feature for the first time yesterday and am very pleased with it. I warmed up a plate of leftovers using the sensor feature and was very pleased. It took the guesswork of how long to set the timer for to reheat food.
