lacks instruction manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wi acquired to replace a more expensive oven. (GE Avantium profile) Since the primary use is to reheat items many of the previous models features were not used. Since no instructions were provided the primary feature used is the 30 seconds button on high button. An instruction manual should be included with each individual microwave/model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous Whirlpool microwave from 2013 was much better than our new one. The frequency used for microwave tones is so high I can barely hear it. I have great hearing. My husband cannot hear it at all. Don't like the express settings. Using cook/power is awkward and difficult for my husband to use compared to our old Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features

This microwave is powerful, feature packed and the touch panel and interior are so easy to keep clean. The vent fan and light are much more effective than the LG also.

Good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good appliance, buttons are easy to press and t heats food up efficiently. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the sound it makes when it’s done. The song is creepy in my opinion and I wish I had the option to change it.

Some better, some worse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a 2008 Whirlpool model. Hopefully the plastic parts on the front hold up better. This model heats much better. The exhaust fan is slightly improved but still doesn't draw enough air from the stove top. The BLUE digital display was a terrible choice to use. Blue is the worst color for human eyes to focus on. All if our other appliances use green. The interior cleans nicely but not being white is rather dark and the lightbulb is not bright enough to compensate.
