Replacement Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for my 20-year-old Whirlpool microwave and has most of the same button choices as my old unit. It does work a bit differently, and I will get used to the differences. The main thing missing for me is that the new unit does not have a setting I've found sufficient for warming pastries and bread. I do like using my microwave for warming leftover biscuits and bread, but I am having trouble finding the correct setting. I read your blog that says 40% power is best; I will give that a try. Fingers crossed!

Worst Microwave Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is not intuitive like all others I've had. There is no "cheat sheet" for quick access. It's very frustrating and did not come with a user manual. I believe having to download it is an indication of poor customer service! Not everyone uses their phone for such things and not everyone has a printer. I am not interested in using electronics to operate appliances, especially in the kitchen. Once I managed to get a copy of the manual, I discovered the directions are scant and frustrating. The inside is large but the tray is relatively small by comparison. I wanted to match my new range but when this appliance dies, or maybe before that, I will go back to GE who makes practical, easy to use microwaves! The sensor controls are extremely off. Food will overcook, to the point of ruin, before it shuts itself off. When the cycle is over, you have to press stop if you want the start screen/clock back - a ridiculous extra step!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still trying to figure it out. Different set up. Always had Whirlpool products and have been very satisfied with them.
Easy installation, mounted perfectly in the existing holes and wall mount.

Not loving it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new WMMS3330RV microwave is hardly the quality of the 7-year-old similar Whirlpool microwave I had to replace. Tried numerous times to activate DEMO (attempted by two intelligent adults) to get info on how sensor cook works. Unable to get DEMO to display. Would be so nice if Whirlpool included a comprehensive owner's manual. My unfortunate destiny: live with it.
