I do like the 30 second feature & minute one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes some getting used to as we had a Kitchen Aide before. The popcorn feature is not good. We had about one third that did not pop. It's better not to use that feature. I wish you could change the time better. There is no feature to correct the time without unplugging it and try to correct it that way. Other than that it works great.

Serves it's intended purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace a Kitchen Aid microwave, I have found that the appliance operation is much louder than the Kitchen Aid and the view into the microwave while it is operating is much smaller. Makes it difficult to observe progress particularly if softening or melting or defrosting.
Today i also received an e-mail from Whirlpool with helpful operating tips The video is for a low profile microwave with interior buttons! That is not the model I purchased.

Could be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light is way in the back so it is pretty much useless unless you are using the back burners of the stove. The fan is very noisy and there does not seem to be much difference from hi to low. This is the main reason for 3 stars. Nice looking though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Accurate and dependable
