Looks nice! Tapping the control Panel difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the looks of it, however, tapping the control panel is not as sensitive and having to turn off the timer or use of microwave to cancel is an extra step

No Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit has no sound. No beeps when cycle is complete or at end of timer. Reported problem and they replace board. No fix. This unit has not worked since install. It has been several weeks. No indication on how to fix or acknowledgement of a problem. I assume KitchenAid just to stick me with a defective unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buttons are impossible to press

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just like my title says this thing is maddening to use. The buttons don’t know you are pressing them. Sometimes you literally have to push them 4 or 5 times for them to register. The fan is obnoxiously loud and always comes on when in use. It works like a microwave should but not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave a couple months ago to install with our kitchen remodel. Love the microwave so far, but am disappointed in the undermount lighting as on High it puts off minimal like to the stove surface.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Microwave A* vent system C

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave is great. Easy and intuitive controls. Large capacity. The ventilation system not so great. My smoke detector above the range/ microwave goes off even though the vent is on the high setting.
Could be the installation is not optimal, but done to spec. In general I am satisfied, but the lighting is weak at the highest setting and the ventilation system seems lacking. Not a total disappointment, but I expected better.
