Terrible timer and cook time feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave is fine but the fact that the clock and timer do not automatically self clear after timer or cook time ends is extremely frustrating. I can understand if this was an inexpensive unit - but that is not the case. Whomever decided to release this unit without that function should be let go!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An almost perfect microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid microwave we purchased last June 2025 has many beneficial features. The 30 second button is our favorite. The defrost feature is tailored to the item you want to defrost which is a plus. The only drawback to this microwave is the fan feature which is automatically triggered everytime you use the appliance, even for 30 seconds. The fan is loud and not a fan favorite.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clean lines

However, the sequence to cook food and less than 100% requires too many steps and can be confusing. Also, the automatic popcorn feature does not work well. It has a very short popping time and leaves too many kernels untouched at the end.

Spacious and quiet microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is spacious and very quiet when running. The style is neat. The fan is pretty loud. The chime indicating the food is done is really a soft sound and I think I have it turned up as loud as it can go. Overall, quality Kitchen Aid product so far.

Everything I expected and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally satisfied with the features and performance of my microwave it has a soft touch features and it's warms up my food cook's food very well. It holds a decent capacity of food. The ventilation is great, and it's very easy to clean and haven't I used it yet to preheat food, but the consistency of the food preparedness When using the microwave seems to be right on time.

Great investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great owen. Preheat feature is what we love. The capacity is good for a big family. Ventilation works as intended, doesn’t let the smell linger around. Very consistent in terms of performance. Cleaning is quite easy.
