I first could not figure out how to open the door, It's awkward to push a button to open the door, why not a relief under the edge? Pushing the button multiple times to turn off the light? Still don't use any of the automatic features, no DIRECDTIONS?

Overall good choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very happy with the microwave. My one complaint, if you can call it that, is that the volume of the beep even at the max is very low. I wouldn’t want it to blast, but slightly louder would be good. Other than that, the size is adequate and the button features are very useful.

Greaat microwave without sounds!

The timer sounds is barely audible - basically non existent it seems unless your ear is right under it, and even then barely audible. VERY disappointed in this. And yes, I tuned it to the highest volume and it made no difference. I love the microwave but having no sounds from it is really a disappointment.

New features are welcome improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave looks nice and I like some of the features my old microwave did not have. Like a melt feature, the reheat feature, and the buttons to quickly use the microwave for 1, 2, or 3 minutes. This model is spacious and I think it was a good upgrade for my older model KitchenAid microwave.

No notification when done cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is just the right capacity and wattage for our needs. The major drawback for us is the lack of notification when something is finished heating up. I do not want to have to stand by the microwave to know when something is finished.
