Can't hear buzzer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are seniors and cannot hear the buzzer when cooking is done. We set the tone and sound to high but without any change. Help!
Had to send back the first microwave because the Keypad numbers and icons were not aligned over the actual switches underneath. We had to push 1/2" below the number to get the switch to activate.

Poor features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this appliance for about 5 weeks. I'm not impressed. Oh yes, it cooks/warms up things. However, the touch pad is sometimes/sometimes not sensitive on the touch pad. But worst of all the unit does not chime when when cook cycle is finished. Nor does the unit chime when timer completes cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works as it should except for the beeper. I have read the manual & followed the instructions for turning on the beeper & adjusting the volume but even at level 3, it is barely audible.
2 OTHER ISSUES:
It should have been made with more wattage.
It's hard to keep it fingerprint free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best microwave I have had in years. The short cuts for 30 seconds, 1, 2, and 3 minutes make it so fast and easy to use. The turntable is on the small side but it works great for our family and cleaning it is very easy. Overall very happy with this microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this design and it was very easy to install. It had a smell to it upon heating up. I love the features built into the interface. It's easy to clean and takes up less cubic space but able to fit more food than my other microwave.

The hood has the best air circulation and effective air flow to catch the smells from the cooking top . Super quiet and safe in use .
