Nice - No Frills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the unit is fine. It's a no-frills model. The unit works well, but it seems a little flimsy. The under-unit light is not bright at all. It is fine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model to replace my previous 8 y.o. KitchenAid microwave. The ceramic backsplash dictated that I go with one the exact same size as before. Installation was easy and even was able to use the old backing plate. The reason for the 4 star review is the lighting underneath is so dim, even on high. These are obviously LED bulbs, so heat shouldn't be an issue if you go with a higher wattage. I had the same complaint with the previous model as well, but that had the old school incandescent bulb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the 8 year old Kitchen aid microwave. The ceramic tile backsplash dictated that the replacement was the exact same size as previous model. Installation was easy and I was even able to use the old mounting plate. The reason I gave 4 stars is the lights underneath are too dim to illuminate the stove below it. I had the same complaint with the old one as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1.9 Cu. Ft. Microwave is a good product. It is very easy to keep clean. We have not had any problems preheating, thawing or cooking. The timer setting are quite nice.
The only two items that we wish were adjust are the high sound volume of the ventilation fan, in all three settings and the too quietness of the chime indicating the timer has timed out. We have the chime at full volume.

Great product for price point!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our Kitchen Aid microwave. It's worked as expected, and the features available are what you would expect with the model level across brands. It's easy to clean and on the quiet side compared to our old one. I like the music it plays at the end of cooking because before with just a beep, you sometimes could miss that it went off. I wish that there were the express cook buttons for more than just 1-3 minutes. I would like if there was an option to do that for 4 and 5 minutes (our old micro had that), as I do quite a bit of frozen vegetable packs that tend to be in that range. I recommend this product as it works well and has good features for the price point.

Worth the Purchase

The outside is not difficult to clean but shows fingerprints and water marks are very apparent. Buttons can be difficult to navigate but overall the oven works extremely well and is very quiet.
