[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with the end of cycle & timer tone. Set to the highest tone you still can not hear it unless you are right in front of the microwave. Installation tech says this is normal, I find that hard to beleive. I have had many other people listed to it & they all agree that it can not be right!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The end of cycle tone is on high and can barely be heard. Something has to be wrong with this feature. Whirlpool, what do I do to get this louder? If this can not be made louder, I would not recommend this product. I have tried to contact Whirlpool but no response. Do not buy this product!!
