[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has less wattage than the one I replacedbut it heats everything in the same amount of time.
My only complaint is the size of the turntable is quite small and there is no wire rack so I can only heat 1 plate at a time.

Lack of detailed Users Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Model # on our microwave is WMMS3330RZ01 (not WMMS3330RB). As Senior citizens with limited technical knowledge/skills, we are not able to use this unit except to turn it on and off. We need a detailed written users manual to refer to. Trying to "talk" to Artificial Intelligence is frustrating and of little or no help.
I would recommend this to a friend!
