Good value and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased that we were able to stay with a white unit and a Whirlpool to match the rest of all our appliances. It is a step up from the basic unit and the 1.9 cubic feet that we desired. Options are less than the 12 year old unit that we had but the price point reflects that and it meets our needs. Note that the support brackets and two main hanger bolt holes did not match up with our existing Whirlpool so had to drill new ones and mount a new bottom support. Not difficult to install but definitely a two person job. Overall we are pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in June 2025. Would be beneficial to have backlighting on the keyboard, especially when it is dark and I am looking for the light button. Chime for a completed cooking time lasts too long. Cut it down to two or three to spare our ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought over a month ago and I'm very happy with it except the the ding when the timer goes off. It's way too soft. In fact, I returned the first one because I thought it wasn't working right and re- ordered a second one only to find itworks the same way. My previous whirlpool microwave had a nice loud tone that I could hear without bring right on top of it . Otherwise, I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave does not beep when it shuts off. You can barely hear it. The microwave is load while it's running. The buttons don't have haptic sounds when you press the buttons. The turn table is small compared to my previous Worldpool microwave.
