Nice microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice microwave. I've had it for a couple weeks and use it every day for something. Two issues I have (but I still like it) 1. it does hang lower than my last Whirlpool microwave 2. the timer is tedious to operate. But overall a great machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good micro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have been 5 stars but the door is slightly off and doesn't line up perfectly when its closed. And I wish it had warm white LEDs, like 2700k. Otherwise it looks great and is quiet. It works much better than my previous base model GE.

This may be a great microwave, but I have no way of knowing. Not everybody can use the demo mode to operate this microwave. Very disappointing that Whirlpool does not care about people that are not computer savvy. I used to buy Whirlpool products, but never again. I finalling found where I can print 46 pages of instructuons on how to operated this microwave. Got that...I have to print up the manual. It took me close to an hour to talk to one person, live chat and go through just about every word written to finally, by accident find the place where i can print the manual.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
