[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave 2 weeks ago I use it about 3-4 times a day I have really loved using it. I am a first time owner of an over the range microwave. Power is amazing it’s huge so everything I have used it for no issues love the fan it has three settings low is really nice just enough it pull up the heat for the stove but not too loud the fan turns on every time you use the microwave I really like that feature . The light I liked it has three settings just like the fan but it’s not as bright but it works well and it’s a good night light too see in the dark. All in all I would highly recommend it to my family and friends

Whirlpool OTR Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last OTR microwave was basically the same model. It lasted 12yrs. I hoping this one will last that long also. It's quiet, plenty of functions and space. Easy to install, had same set up as our last one, so we just had to drop the old and put in the new. Same location of bolt holes, this was very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great appliance-but needs help with alert tones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving the microwave a 5-star rating, because I've been a loyal Whirlpool customer for 40+ years. BUT as a senior citizen the choice of the alert tone frequencies that the designer selected >13 kHz or higher caused me to almost uninstall the unit due to the failure of the tone or alert sounds. Love the quality, finish, and functionality of this microwave, but what can be done to help seniors to hear when the appliance has completed it's cooking cycle???
