[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it installed for about 2 weeks and everything works as it should and is very easy to operate. It replaced a whirlpool microwave and everything lined up so installation was easy.

Handle Breaks

The handle breaks easily. This is my second microwave in under 7 years, and the handle breaks each time from normal wear and tear. Otherwise, it's a great microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and was easy to install—mostly. The one issue I ran into was with the installation template. It would’ve been much easier to use if it were printed on something more rigid, like cardboard, and included somewhere on the box like in the past. As it is, you have to hold the flimsy paper template underneath the cabinet to mark the mounting holes, and it just doesn’t stay in place well enough to be accurate.

No other bell available???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We definitely do nor like tiny sound when done heating..I thought it was my impaired hearing but everyone who has heard it question why Whirlpool would ever do such a cheap version of a bell. This requires a person to be right there watching the clock..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I learned the control panel, it was very easy to operate. I love the inside of the microwave. It is silver in color. So hopefully, there will not be any stains of the walls when people forget to use the plate cover.

I have your microwave, gas stove , and refrigerator. Your gas stove keeps setting my fire alarms off though. lol
