Easy Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time installing an over the range microwave. Directions were fairly easy to follow. Installation was fast. Have cooked with it only a few times. It seems to heat evenly on pace with other microwaves that I have owned.

Bought it and a stove and the stove is whirlpool too . Thanks for a great product

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our old Whirlpool Microwave for over 10 years and we were very happy with it. I thought this one was comparable but it is not. The fan runs continuously while in use which is very annoying and it can't be turned off. The finish beep is also extremely loud. And even though I bought one that said it was stainless the only part on the microwave that is stainless is the small piece at the top and the handle, the rest is black glass that scratches according to the information that came with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying to heat food up slowly or fast seems to be difficult. I touch the cook-time/power button and first set the time. Then I touch it again to set the power which it seems it doesn't matter which number I choose the power isn't any different. #2 power seems to be the same as #9? I can actually hear the power start and stop and it sounds like it is the same for all the power numbers? I have a WMMS3130RW.

User Interface Not Intuitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave functioning is not very intuitive. Using the program buttons, for say, reheating doesn't make sense. But the worst thing of all is that you can't cook and use the timer at the same time. At least I haven't figured out a way to do it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
