Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works great. Have only had it a short time. Only difficulty is since it is above the cooking surface I wish the light under the microwave was brighter. Good thing we have under counter lighting to help see what your cooking.

poor microwave/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] vent fan does not work, melt butter selection in 10 seconds it is splattering butter everywhere, if you heat one thing ( pot pie for example for 5 minutes) it takes about 8 minutes for the next to cook. Would not recommend this product. The vent fan never did work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had no problems with our new microwave except for the popcorn setting. It preforms most cooking or warming jobs as expected. The popcorn setting does not do an adequate job of popping the kernals, leaving 1/3 to 1/2 unpopped. I now pop by setting the time, instead of using the popcorn setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave to replace one we could no longer use. I prefer the control panel on our old microwave as I knew how to use it. I was disappointed that this microwave did not come with more detailed information on the how to use the various settings on the control panel. It would be nice if the microwave had a way to control the loudness of the buzzer. You either have to have the buzzer turned off, or it is real loud. Otherwise the microwave seems to work fine.

We bought this microwave a little over six months ago. About four months in the plastic piece across the bottom that holds the door in place Half broke Off . So now every time we go to open the door or close that we have to hold it so So the glass face doesn't fall off . It's upsetting that something that is should last years doesn't even last four months. I would not recommend this microwave to anyone
