[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week ago and it works fine. It doesn’t however allow me to turn off rotation of the plate. It also rattles when you open door but is stabilly installed. Compared to my old one it doesn’t seem to be as good of a quality.

It is dark grey. In your paperwork you state the purpose to be: so you can't see the dirt. REALLY, I want to keep my applicances clean. I want to see the dirt. Now I have to clean it everytime I use it, cause I cannot tell of it is dirty. Not a good idea , well you asked me. Here it is.
