Two frustrating things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like the dark interior and the inside light is not bright enough. If it weren’t mounted over the cook top I would return it. That being said, it heats fine.

Microwave Oven Model WMMS3330RB Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You cannot turn off the over-the-range light with one touch. You have to cycle through all the levels in order to get to the off position.
Inside the oven, it’s not perfectly square. It’s wider than it is deep, which means there is a lot of unused space on the sides.
The beeper is not very loud. If you use the timer as an alarm, you can’t be too far away from the unit because you won’t hear it.
However, these are mostly nitpicky items as the oven performs very well overall.

Unable to remove Vent Grille

Everything is pretty good EXCEPT I cannot get the vent grille off to access the charcoal filter or the interior light bulb. They're OK for now but I cannot see how I'll be able to replace them. I've followed the directions. There are no videos for my exact model. I just cannot get the vent grille out. Very frustrating.
