would rather have old one back, I guess that's progress, We'll see.

Great features

Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave September 2nd, 2025. In December it stopped working. I called into Whirlpool for the factory warranty. The nearest appointment I could get was 3 weeks away. The repair man showed up at 5pm on January seventh to check out out. He said he would have to order parts and would let me know when they came in to schedule another appointment to repair the microwave and couldn't give me a date. I've owned other whirlpool appliances but this experience has left me with a bad opinion of this microwave and the repair process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
