[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like the way that it looks , the only thing that I don't like is the sound when you press the keyboard , its sounds like the speaker is old, and is the second microwave that I bought and the other one sound the same.

Impossible to remove vent grille for filter

I bought this days ago and had it installed. Now I find that it's physically impossible to remove the vent grille to replace the charcoal filter, despite 2 resident engineers working at it for over an hour. I ordered a technician visit, but he called to say that it's true; one may eventually wrangle the grille off, but then you'll have even more trouble getting it back on. If I had him come out, I would then be charged for the visit. He said to just leave it there forever and never change it. There's no way to contact Whirlpool except another 25 minutes on hold; and the first time, they didn't acknowledge the design problem. So why would another call help?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drastic improvement over my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I managed to install this myself (alone) although advised against it.
It was really easy using the template included on the box.
I utilized a sturdy cardboard box on my stove to sit it on. then raised it up to the wall bracket. Used a woodworking clamp with rubber pads to clamp it to the cabinet and hold it in place while I screwed the screws in through the cabinet... When you're 67 and can't get anyone to help, you think outside the box... Oh yes, this thing cooks PERFECT bacon using the pre-set buttons. I've reheated frozen chili perfect in it too! This is far better than my old Sharp Carousel!
