Great value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for a basic model to replace one that failed after 10 years. Wasn’t interested in a lot of fancy features…just looking for the basics in an over the stove model. Very happy so far. Installation was easy and unit is working well. The beeping sound at the end of the cycle takes some getting used to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is nice and very powerful. However, the Potato feature has overcooked my baked potatoes. Nothing I can't adjust and live with. I'm still used to my old Microwave; so, it's going to take some time to get used to my new one.

easy install and great setting

Use 2 people if you can. this microwave has more settings than my old ,ie. melt butter, which is pretty cool. i opted to pick it up from a warehouse that i thought would be in my city. i couldn't see until i purchased. the only inconvenient part of the process

Good replacement for aging microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave for its good price & similar features & button arrangement to the model we were replacing. The instructions on how to use the various features were minimal & I couldn't get the power feature to work. I had to call the store to see if I was missing something or if it was a lemon. It turns out you have to put the power in by percentage, ie. 70 for what we used to put in as just 7. Nowhere in the instructions was that mentioned. Now that I know how to do it, everything seems to work fine except that power option doesn't always come up. The same button is used for "cook time" AND "power." You just press the key a 2nd time to enter the power...but it doesn't always register. So I think that is not a good design.
