[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this product and it's a good unit, was disappointed it didn't come with an owner's manual so having a hard time figuring out reheat. It did have an installation manual but nothing about how to use the unit. Why no usage manual???????

Vague explanation of features but works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased so far. However, the printed info to explain the features and functions is vague. We had to experiment to figure out how to set the time and get the timer to work.
Doesn’t really explain how to defrost, cook food, etc
It doesn’t tell you anywhere which minutes are quick punches.
Our last Whirlpool microwave lasted 24 years!! We’re hoping to have the same luck with this one.

Heats well, but lighting is a FAIL!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave functions well to heat up food, though takes longer than our previous 24 year old GE Profile Model. The inside light is a complete FAIL!!! A candle would provide more light than this dismal 40 watt incandescent light bulb. Very disappointed that Whirlpool is so cheap that they will not put in LED LIGHTBULBS!!!!!!!!!!
The over the range halogen provides poor lighting as well and produces ALOT OF HEAT! Completely
inexcusable to use these lightbulbs when LED LIGHTBULBS are readily available and being used by other competitors.
