[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance was bought and installed through our regular appliance repair service as a replacement of our older broken microwave. It is definitely more than one step down from the one it replaced. Smaller, dislike the dark interior, and is cheaply made. Buttons are difficult to engage. Not just touch, but press HARD to engage. Door will not stay open. Due to the price we will be grinning and baring it, however, lesson learned. Next time I will not trust a quote, but will need to evaluate in person. I understand that Whirpool makes a higher end model, which may have been closer to the old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Prefer a white lit panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this microwave a lot with the only drawback is the blue lighting in the control panel. It is harder to see than a white light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Third Whirlpool Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave works good. Just got it last week and am still learning to use it. The previous two microwaves we owned were also Whirlpool. I would change a few minor things. I'd prefer it to be white inside to light the food better. The interior light isn't very bright, can't see much from the outside. The curved handle blocks visibility of the numbers panel from the left of it. Would like it located so the numbers can be seen from the left side of my kitchen

Easy to use& like the size
