Looks good but does not hold up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] three months old the door to the microwave is broken and not from abuse or misuse. It has a small plastic trim to hold the glass in place and fell apart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very close to 5 stars !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this microwave about 3 weeks ago, and so far I'm satisfied with its performance. But I haven't worked with it long enough to give it a solid 5. It's easy to perform the normal microwave choices. I'm excited to use the settings that I'm not used to yet. Cleaning the inside is not an issue. The black finish on the outside seems to get dirty quickly as I notice how often it needs cleaning. I'm sure the "5" will appear soon.
