Good, But Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this over the stove microwave unit for a month and am happy with its performance, but their are a couple of weaknesses. The glass carousel is easily dethroned when wiping or cleaning it. The interior light is very weak and does little to illuminate the food as it cooks.

We must have got a dud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door is cracking and breaking after 2 months only. Also turntable loud and grinding/rubbing and getting worse. Having to call for different warranties etc. not real happy with it

Great microwave, but no instruction manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works great! I just wish it had an instruction manual. I am sure I am not using it at its best because it came with no instructions. I do not think I should have to print one out using my own ink and paper. I don't want to have to look it up online every time I need to use it. Whoever decided this was a good idea needs to be fired!!!

Changes I noticed from last microwave I had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave several weeks ago and am getting used to using it. It is a little different then last one in that it takes longer to do what you want it to do cause you need to press more buttons to get what you need done and still doesn't defrost etc with numbers differing then what I am thinking I punched in. It is also very loud as opposed to last one which is kind of annoying and also since the inside is now grey instead of white, it is harder to see where any food may have splattered and needs to be cleaned up. Also don't like that I can't see through the dark glass how things are cooking inside and the bell that rings when things are done is very loud and annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish we had checked out different brands instead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the same as the previous model as it claimed. The light sets too far back to give the stove good light. It is noisy, the dark interior makes it hard to see inside. the buttons do not always respond well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice microwave. Replaced our home's original microwave. This one is works well. Only drawbacks are the door is loud when closing. And it is dark inside looking through the window.
