I have a feeling those who designed most of the appliances don't have practical experience with using them every day.

Great, but slightly inconvenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed about a week ago and enjoy using the pre-programmed options. The only inconvenience is the clock does not automatically return after it finishes warming your food.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent and user friebdly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has served us well since we got it except for loud popping noise that startled us today but was okay again after that. Hopefully a one-off thing as to maybe food hubby was heating up he had put olive oil on that caused that sound. Will monitor it.
