Easy to replace my old whirlpool microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous whirlpool microwave lasted 17 years. Suddenly for some reason I would not detect that the oven door was closed and naturally would not run. The door must completely close for safety reasons. After fiddling with it I ended up breaking the clip that the door latches to. So the price was right for a replacement, it was the same size as the old model and was easy to install.

Nice microwave, lights suck

Only thing I don't like is the lights. Both are dim. Inside and outside. Underneath light is in the back, so doesn't illuminate what I'm doing so well. Like cooking. Whirlpool, Please improve on this for future products.
Also what's the deal with halogen lights instead of LED? Just need to get a pricier model to get that?
