[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight forward and easy to use. In a technical world of increasingly, complicated features, we wanted a simple and straight forward microwave…This one fits the bill. The beep tone is a little weird but we are getting use to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my microwave a couple of weeks ago. I did some research and questioning regarding microwaves in general. When I went to the store, I talked to other shoppers and everyone suggested the Whirlpool model so I purchased it and had it installed. I like it, but I've only used it for the basics. I wish there had been a WRITTEN sheet(s) describing the steps that I needed to take for the various procedures. I'm trying to figure it out on my own...hence, the 4 stars.
