Very disappointed buyer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this microwave in stainless steel to match other appliances and it turns out it's almost entirely black. Difficult to keep clean and looking nice . Don't like the appearance at all. Also difficult and confusing to operate. Food heats up unevenly. When I open the door Steam is very apparent inside. Never experienced this before. So far, not very happy with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Whirlpool microwave stopped working after 24 years so when we had to replace, we chose another Whirlpool. This one looks great and is very quiet which is a nice change. It is also very easy to use. We are very happy with this purchase.
