[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Whirlpool microwave to replace a Whirlpool microwave that stopped working prematurely. I could ‘t believe the old one stopped working. I bought this one because it had the same mounting bracket. I’m hoping this one lasts long than the old one.

Very disappointed buyer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this microwave in stainless steel to match other appliances and it turns out it's almost entirely black. Difficult to keep clean and looking nice . Don't like the appearance at all. Also difficult and confusing to operate. Food heats up unevenly. When I open the door Steam is very apparent inside. Never experienced this before. So far, not very happy with the product.
