Good But Runs Hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this microwave to replace the one we had that went out on us. Overall it is a good microwave and has many features but it seems to run very "hot" ... i.e. we have had to downwardly adjust most cook times or we end up overcooking the food. That does not make us very happy.

Please have your directions state that for the power, you need to put in 2 digits,not one. that is how other parts work on this microwave. I would have appreciated more detailed directions.

It can be Muted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the gray interior and mute feature. I do not like that I cannot use the keypad to enter 10 seconds. You must press Cook Time, then the digits. Visually it is very nice.
