[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s beautiful and microwaves adequately. Price is affordable.However, doesn’t allow enough minutes by touch. I found the problem overall operation of it a little cumbersome. I mean the purpose of the microwave is convenience. The glass try is small in comparison to the size of the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality Product - Good Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit about a month ago and so far, all is working as advertised. Installation was much easier than I expected. I replaced an old LG unit, which of course, had different mounting holes than the new unit. However, the template that was included with the new unit was exactly what was needed to accurately plot-out the new hole locations and successfully secure the new unit in place. I am still learning how to use the new unit, as its operation (key sequences) are a bit different from the old unit, but change is good. Am not a big fan of the large Whirlpool name on the front of the unit. I understand branding, but perhaps a less-in-your-face logo in the lower corner of the unit would be more appealing for me at least.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This OTR is more basic than the WPL that it replaced but was the only model available on short notice. Still, it has everything that I need; I don't need a lot of functions. The one complaint that I have is it takes a lot to shut the door - I mean, it has to be slammed! And that is loud! Other than that, works just fine. The dark interior takes a bit to get used to, but it's alright.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very nice microwave. It would have been even nicer had installation hardware been included in the box. Fortunately my installer had various toggle bolts needed, and the upper retaining screws from our old unit fit this one.
Also, when the cooking cycle is complete and the door is opened and closed, the display does not return to Clock mode; it shows End. Have to press STOP to clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it is a very nice microwave. The installation template needs to be included with the manual and not a part of the cardboard box. The under side light is to far back on the unit making most of the light hitting the rear burners on my stove.
