Easy to use and very stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave because it was the same brand/style as my last one which has lasted for a very long time while still working well. So far, this new microwave delivers! I really like the preset buttons which make it super easy to heat things up at the appropriate temp and time.
One thing I noticed (after I bought the appliance) is that it is about 100 watts less than my last one, which is a bit of a bummer because it does take a touch longer to cook things. Had I noticed this, I might have opted for another Whirlpool with a higher wattage, but honestly it's not a big deal and I've just adjusted my cooking times to deal with the change.
The appliance is also very smart looking. I'm slowly switching my appliances to stainless steel and this stainless and black combo is really nice looking and definitely upped my kitchen game.
I highly recommend this great looking and highly functional appliance. If you're in the market for a new microwave, this one might just meet your needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to get acquainted with 'their way' of doing things. The birthday candle that is supposed to be a light inside is for way too dim - we use a flashlight to see inside. Overall - it is a good value based on use of other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace my old microwave that was made in 1995!!!. It was installed when our home was built. Had great results with the old one and wanted to use the same brand so it would fit in the same area as the old. It is a bit larger but it works and looks great...I had to order it but it was well worth it.

Inconvenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using it, I was attempting to warm up some gumbo. The first flaw is the door is rough to close. The other flaw is that it took forever to heat my food. The 1st 3 minutes only knocked the chill off. Also, for some reason, towards the end of the 3 minutes, the humming sound stops, which I found that means the it's no longer heating. Then, when I added more time, it didn't heat. I had to let it rest for a few minutes and try again. 10 minutes or more is completely inconvenient to warm up meals.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
