Lights not working

I bought a set of the outdoor strip lights and they worked when plugged in, but then stopped working. Govee sent me another set and these did the same thing. I’m not sure what the problem is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the RGBIC outdoor version, and finally was able to add it to my patio. Two words "GAME CHANGER". My wife and I recently finished an out door living space and added Govee LED strip into the concrete and WOW!! music mode, color chase!! WOW

Best strip lights ever!!

I live out in the country and built a nice relaxing bonfire pit in a shelter belt about 200 yards away from my house. I hung some leds around the fire pit for a few years but they were nothing to brag about. Well last year I decided it was time to upgrade. I searched all over the internet for something different. A friend of mine suggested I check out Govee. Well within less than a year I bought 4 phantasy pro sets a couple light bulbs 2 of the rgbic corner lights and a meat thermometer. And plan on buy many more. I used 2 strips for Christmas lights and everyone was impressed. I'll be a Govee customer for life!
I would recommend this to a friend!
