Useless Door Storage system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace a similar model. Overall al it is good . HOWEVER the lower freezer is too small, unnecessary shallow drawers. Some BIG BRAIN at Whirlpool decided to provide a useless storage rack with ridiculous small containers on the door (basically useless) that takes up valuable door storage space. Also, typically a refrigerator has 4 adjustable casters to allow for levelling the appliance, this one does not, bad design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit and what we needed. Bottom freezer door slides hard and upper doors swing open too quiick and bounces open. Otherwise we are satisfied.

Ice Maker Failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has all the features we wanted. The only problem was the ice maker and getting it fixed. The ice maker died 2 days after the refrigerator was delivered. It took almost a month to get the ice maker replaced. Everything should work on something like this and if something does fail, it should be fixed within a week. So, we are disappointed that the brand new ice maker on our brand new refrigerator failed and the time it took to get the ice maker replaced.

Like most except for shelf with containers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, my husband and I like our new Whirlpool refigerator. The only thing I am not too crazy about is on the inside right door is a shelf with containers that really appears to be for storage of leftovers or whatever you choose to put in these containers. I would prefer to have a shelf to set things in vs these containers. Is there anyway we can get a shelf instead?
