Is this normal?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 weeks ago. Enjoy the size, style and space. It’s also very quiet. It seems to require at least 2 degrees colder in freezer to keep ice cream firm and there’s too much visible wetness around the outside of the door seals, upper & lower. Is this normal?

Good & bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: Organization of interior compartments, ease of cleaning, quiet motor.
The bad: Ice and water dispensers are poorly designed. If I've got a small glass (a juice glass, for instance) I have to hold the dispenser lever with my hand to get water. The water dispenser is invisible, so it took a while to figure out how to position a water bottle under it. I finally bought a silicon straw, cut it to size, and fitted it over the water dispenser so I could see it.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our refrigerator freezer for a month now. We are really liking it. Love the compartments and extra storage. It’s easier to organize items now and see what’s inside.
I’m enjoying the freezer at the bottom too and the extra pullout drawer for snacks. Very handy!
Sliding shelf is great for taller items.

So great we bought it twice!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this fridge model so much, this is the second time we bought it. Only difference is that the first one was a Kenmore Elite (made by Whirlpool). We were able to use the same filters and grab some of the shelves from the old fridge. The new one has a specialized container shelf on the door that we will not use. So we grabbed on of the shelves from the old fridge and replaced the specialized one. Looks like it it came with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
