When I entered my student I formation for the “discount” the system reset my selections and I ended up with a system with too little space and memory to run even the simplest of applications.
I overall like the unit. I am just frustrated about "default gateway is not available". It seems the only option I haven't tried is working on the registry. I'm not sure what my position is on Windows 11. I am very disappointed with my mouse. The right button is very sensitive. This really causes problems when typing. Example when attempting to placer the curser for a correction and you get these popup windows. Is there something I can do to ease this problem?
Pay attention to the Operating system you're getting.

I got the wrong operating system and had to buy an upgrade separately. It was hard to upgrade the system and I had to contact the people I bought the upgrade from just to get the upgrade to activate. It should be easier to activate the upgrade. I also do not like having to make a google account. I feel like I shouldn't have to create an account just to get the machine going if I don't want to. They make you start an account or link an account before you even get to the home screen.
WFFI disconnects and has to be re-booted five times a day, cordless keyboard and mouse have poor connections, Yahoo mail does not work switches on and off cannot access my mail, not a happy customer
My new Envy desktop was easy to set up and get going right out of the box. It included an impressive amount of performance for the money...an upgraded video card; plenty of RAM and an upgraded CPU. It has plenty of USB ports, although it is a bit challenging to identify which have upgraded capability.
Fast and good for photos and video processing. With the I7 processor and NVIDIA GPU combo, it makes fast work in rendering video. The only con, no CD drive, but can add those via USB.
