System ran well when it ran but intermittent WiFi problems could not be solved. Three customer cases opened and system returned for repairs. WiFi still unreliable and system returned for refund. I can say that customer support is OK but they just could not fix this one. They tried for two weeks.

The new computer has worked very well so far. With HO Smartfriends Service, I have successfully brought all the data backed up from old HP Desktop to this new one. Now, all my Apps are working smoothly and quickly. I look forward to many years of useful performance.
