I purchased this PC for my father who is an avid user of the internet, email, and social media. The dread I always have is transferring his files and setting up the PC to his liking. I have to say this was less painful for me than with his last PC. He has more storage and a better processor to meet his needs. I added Microsoft Office 360 as well and hooked up his Envy printer with very little effort.
It was a big leap to go from working exclusively on a laptop to having a desktop computer. I got all the features I wanted and am impressed by the speed of my new computer, and the ease of set-up.
I do not adapt to technological changes easily and was dreading having to get a new computer. However, my worries were for naught. This was so easy to get started and transfer existing documents, data and photos. I am a very happy customer!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06432435 I recommend that one does not customize this case with upgraded processors, RAM, SSD, Graphics cards, etc. The processor and motherboard components work as one would expect which is good and the case is sturdy and for now quiet, but the case design and peripheral hardware has some issues. 1. The On/Off button is set too far back in the case and is difficult to access. Have the button protrude 2mm. 2. The DVD R/W is very flimsy and requires a lot of care not to break it; moreover, when inserting a disk it repeatedly pops back open. The eject button is too sensitive. The better solution is to have a separate close button located below the drive. And go back to a metal frame or more robust high tensile plastic with closer tolerance on the joints so it does not jiggle. 3. The USB port identification does not meet standard and unless you go to HP Support there is no way of determining which of the USB ports on the from are 3.1 Gen 1 and 3.1 Gen 2, there are two of each.
I own HP Stock so I would tell someone to consider buying HP but would suggest looking around.
This computer was a replacement of a Dell I've had for many years. It's still too soon to tell if it's faster and more durable than my old one. I do like the wireless mouse and keyboard though. It's a little slow at loading web pages but that could be my internet speed.
I like the new computer so far. It is fast and was easy to set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 2 months ago, and am totally pleased with this new system. It is fast, easy to use and was relatively easy to set up (all my files were on dropbox, so no problem bringing over files) only having to reinstall a few apps. The best advantage is the immediate response time.
