Poor driver support and lackluster wifi accompanying lackluster realtek components. They used to use intel and were solid. Price also dropped significantly after purchase. Runs a bit hot.

The computer itself would be great if I didn't have to pay for HP to look at the computer two days after setting it up. They want to charge me because it's not a hardware issue. The wifi disconnects every single time I use it and once that happens I can't go into any settings. If I restart it freezes. I have to hard shut off. I will never buy online again. I should have gone to a physical store.
The computer is fine however, the external power on/off button failed: the internal on/off button works just fine but the external mechanical button dosed not make contact with the electronic button. I have had to take the computer to an authorized HP repair facility, consequently I will not be able to use the computer for probably 2 + weeks. Not happy
The setup was quick and easy. I did have to disable some items from startup that I do not need to start up and to remove McAfee but it was minor so very little bloatware on the system. I was able to install all my programs and apps. And I had no problems installing all my Microsoft apps as I have a heavy MS user. The only thing I have to do that I have not done yet is install a new SSD SATA drive and make it my primary drive. I can see where the hybrid SSD of 250 GB will run out quickly. Not sure how well this upgrade will go to a 1TB SSD but we will see.
This appeared to be a reboxed unit as some of the components (keyboard and mouse) were opened and there was no user manual included. Machine works fine, though.
