[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Computer boots up very quickly, which is a plus, because when it locks up all of a sudden, the only remedy is to shut it down. Window's feature of auto saving before shutdown is a life saver. Haven't figured out the problem yet. The computer is rugged enough to withstand a hard shut down in the middle of an Adobe application. Not sure if it is a hardware problem or a software problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The replacement PC has no issue so far. It's fast and stable. t's the replacement to the original one I had with freezing issue. So far I have not seen it freezing or crashing. The only other complain I have is the flimsy CD tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price, a very good machine. Fully featured with everything I want, and I have not experienced any issues in its operation.
The CD tray cover, which is just a flap of cheap plastic, constantly buzzes, just from the slight vibration of the machine running. It's incredibly annoying; I had to remove the spring that popped it open and closed, which helped, but occasionally it will start up again. The tray itself is also pretty flimsy.
The fan can get pretty loud just running a mildly intensive game. I guess it's normal, but also somewhat annoying.
