Phone calls!!

I got this a couple of weeks ago and the music audio is super good but taking phone calls are super bad the other person can hear you that good is sounds like you have the mic in your mouth talking

JBL Tour 3 Pro great but room for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions to pair need to advise to take off plastic cover off air buds to obtain a proper contact with case to have the option to pair them.
I took pictures and the design is attractive and sleek.
The earbuds design on my ear looks nice from the outside as our competitors.
The fitment based on my size as rubber is great but they only include one foam but it’s foam supposed to fit all but the one they include is large not like the variety as the rubber ones.
The case is pretty and attractive but it only has the functions explained . The case is their for you to not have to use your phone to control options and settings and notifications from phone but you can’t see the actual message of the notification. The JBL Pro Tour 3 are great with sound and the options of having the app to control EQ control app is great. The screen on the handle case only reflects what equalizer setting is on and change between different ones but not customizable .The app you can adjust and control and customizable . The noise cancellation is pretty good but not like competitors the bass response and treble is nowhere near the performance of other competitors .Functionality of voice over I speak and it doesn’t lower volume and they aren’t adjustable automatically like JBL competitors. The find my ear buds are great nice loud tune if uncovered a lot easier to find than other ear buds. I’ve gone running and bike riding with them and they are so comfortable it’s easy to forget they are there in your ears. I went to the beach with them the noise cancellation is not great only really cancels outside noise if you have music on but without music it only lowers the outside sound a bit. I have took a shower with them on and they have been resistant so far under shower conditions but haven’t tried them under water yet. I really wish the volume instead at maxed at 16 it would get louder to at least 25 or 30 it needs more volume because your competitors are beating you on that as well.

Good-Quality Sound, But Is the Design Too Much?

The sound quality of these earbuds is solid, making them my daily driver for work, though I'm not an audiophile. They’re comfortable for extended periods, but after a couple of hours, I start feeling fatigue. I appreciate the unique ability to use the case as a "USB speaker," which simplifies swapping between computers without Bluetooth pairing. While interacting with the earbuds through the case alone is convenient, I wouldn’t pay extra for this feature. The extensive feature set, though useful, feels overdesigned. I prefer simple, modern designs, and the inclusion of a screen and the New York-themed background image feels unnecessary and somewhat cliché. Overall, these earbuds offer good sound and functionality, but the design feels a bit too complex for my taste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Over priced

Not So Great

Have had these about a month. I’m used to the PowerBeats Pro series product. The JBL are way more comfortable to wear. That is it. They inferior in every other way. 2/10 do not recommend and they have short battery life.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tour Pro 3 TWS has up to 11 hours of battery life with ANC off and has up to 8 hours of battery life with ANC on. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Versatile and with a Great Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older pair of Bluetooth earbuds these replaced, and these remedied pretty much every issue I've had with wireless earbuds.
These sound genuinely powerful and punchy, something wireless earbuds haven't really delivered on yet.
Despite their sound, their form factor is quite slim and comfy. They are perhaps slightly too large to sleep in, but are definitely comfortable to exercise in.
The touch controls work alright. They didn't frustrate me. The instructions were easy to follow.
The variety of cables included for every situation is very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Display im case

Hi ich habe mir die Kopfhörer vor ca. 4 Wochen besorgt und bin echt begeistert. Anfangs dachte ich das mich das große case stört doch da es so Wertig ist habe ich es sehr gerne in der Hand. Durch das Display auch einfach zu bedienen und alle Infos parat zu haben wie Akku stand etc. auch im Klang performen die Kopfhörer wesentlich besser als meine alten Wireless Kopfhörer. Auch die Akkulaufzeit kann sich sehen lassen die versprochene Zeit wird plus minus 1 Stunde eingehalten. Ich würde die Kopfhörer auf jeden Fall meinen Freunden empfehlen.

Thanks for your feedback. One of the common reasons for low volume is dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using a cotton swab of alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem.
