The only thing giving this a start is the case. Other than that the connectivity to Iphone is absolutely horrendous. You need both earbuds in to activate ANC and you cannot have ANC on with only one headphone. They fall out very easily. Overall these really suck.

For optimal sound quality, we recommend using both earbuds. A single tap on the left earbud activates Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). Regarding the fit of the earbuds, you can try the five different sizes (XS/S/M/L/XL) to find the ideal fit; you may also use "Check My Best Fit" in the JBL Headphone App. For further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Great noise cancelation for in ear buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are quite comfortable and are truly "noise canceling" once in. The case is however a bit confusing in the fact that sone of the additional functionally is nice but unnecessary like flashlight and timer. I'd much prefer a functon like vibrate for incoming calls or somthing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our JBL Tour Pro 3 earbuds do not have a vibrate feature for incoming calls. However, the case does offer other useful features like a flashlight, timer, and the ability to view incoming calls on its touchscreen.

JBL again lives up to their reputation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I have to say about this product is exceptional! I have tried many earbuds over the last several years and these beat them all. The first thing that struck me was the fit. I used the setup the way it was shipped and it was a perfect fit for my ears. They come with assorted size earpieces but the ones that shipped were perfect for me. After going out walking in hot humid weather the earbuds stayed in place. Next was the sound. The treble and bass are what I’ve been looking for. You could hear notes you normally won’t hear in other earbuds. Using the JBL app allows you to make several adjustments. For me I have a slight hearing loss in my left ear. It allowed me to equalize the volume. I bought my first JBL product in 1975. Some l100 speakers which to this day are the best speakers I’ve ever owned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Usually dont write reviews or a picky person but these have been terrible. All my sound equipment is jbl. They missed big time. On my 3rd pair. 1st pair started giving Bluetooth connectivity issues. 2nd one less then 2weeks the left ear bud completely failed. Now on my third pair and scared to take it out of the box. Sound quality is ok but not impressive for price. Jbl disappointed with this one. I will hopefully sell and go back to regular buds smh.

Features to love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use earbuds while doing activities like working on the yard/garage. The noise canceling features are awesome with jobs that produce high decibels, lawnmower, edgers, weed wackers and the leaf blowers. The real treats are the attached pictures that are new to earbuds, at least to me. Sound is pure JBL and the touch pads on the buds make it easy to switch modes of listening.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL Tour Pro 3 ear buds are like no other. These ear buds have many features that are fun and useful. The JBL Tour Pro 3 comes with a usb-c plug. You can connect to your digital device with the ear buds right in the case when using blue tooth. When I downloaded the app I was able to take a hearing test. There is adjustments between hearing in video to movie, ambulant, talk through, noise canceling all to aid in the best hearing available with out hurting my hearing. The smart sound feature is nice so the sound does not suddenly let sound blast in my ears. These did come with extra sized silicone buds for the best fit.
There is a tiny screen build right into the charging case. You can change the picture shown, turn on a flash light, control the ear buds, see how charged the entire case is as well as each bud. The time is also shown as well as messages, email and more. When this times out the lock screen pops up.
Phone mode is amazing. You can of course talk through the ear buds. You can use gestures to answer the phone and disconnect. You can have the music lower and return with preset timing that starts at 5 seconds to 20 seconds. The spatial sound features head tracking for the best sound.
Now I know at times I fall asleep with my ear buds in my ears. JBL Tour Pro 3 ear buds have a stress releasing white noise sounds There is a Forrest, Ocean, night time sounds. Last but not least with the app the JBL Tour Pro 3 let’s you find your ear bud if you lose one or both. That is one of the best features anyone can ask for.
