Wow! My favorite ear buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost the sound from these earbuds is very impressive. The bass is really good without being overbearing. The overall sound is very clear, I can hear parts of albums that I have never noticed before. Noise cancelling works well, but the battery life takes a small dive. I use these while working, so after working the morning I generally need to charge during lunch to make it through the afternoon. I love the convivence of the screen on the case, adjusting sound characteristics and being able to easily monitor battery life. The ability to broadcast from a USB-C or 3.5mm jack is next level, giving older components without Bluetooth a new life.

You Ever Fell In Love With Some Earbuds? I Have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So you know that feeling of excitement that parents feel about their newborns? Something so tiny – yet so amazing that they could just go on and on and on about? That’s how I feel about my Tour Pro 3’s. If you’re a JBL fan like me – let me just say they’ve done it again. And to anyone who’s never experienced their perfect blend of revolutionizing sound + technology, take my word for it as I assure you that you won’t be disappointed with the Tour Pro 3’s. JBL’s technology impressed me before, but this is next level! Where do I even begin? There’s just so much to say that I don’t want to leave anything out yet I don’t want to bore you with a 10-page essay, so please – bear with me.
Let’s just start with the sound: Clear… pristine… captivating. I even believe JBL managed to push the sound amplification to a new height with these compared to some of their previous earbuds. The natural sound itself is clean, but one of the coolest things about these (as well as many of their other products) is that you have the option to select from six different genre EQ presets, or you can create and customize your own EQ specific to your taste with the JBL Headphones’ app built-in 10-band Equalizer. Being able to tailor the sound to your preference is the ultimate luxury.
My favorite thing about these, though, has to be its three very impressive noise cancelling features. There’s “Noise Cancelling” which drowns out anything not playing through the earbuds, “Ambient Aware” which allows you hear sounds in your immediate surroundings while still achieving clear and perfect sound from whatever you’re listening to, and finally – there’s “Talk Thru” that allows you to engage in a conversation with someone without the hassle of having to take your earbuds out. The greatest part about “Ambient Aware” and “Talk Thru” to me is that you can hear yourself and others perfectly – it doesn’t sound muffled at all.
Let’s talk comfort: These, for me, are the most comfortable earbuds I’ve ever worn. I’m sure we’ve all worn ‘buds that became irritating after a while. I haven’t experienced that with these. In fact, these are so lightweight and comfortable that I took a nap with them in (on the “Noise Cancelling” mode – try it!). I don’t find myself having to constantly adjust them by turning them of trying to push them back into my ears – they’re that comfy. Included in the box are different sizes of extra silicon ear tips as well as some foam ear tips. Mind you, I haven’t tried the foam tips yet as the silicon tips are described as most ideal for everyday use – although the foam tips are described to perform better in terms of the “Noise Cancelling”.
Now that we’ve talked about sound and comfort – let’s get into the tech features which I consider brilliance at its finest. Probably the most unique thing about these is their technology-based touchscreen charging case. The case is light in weight but so very interactive and powerful to the experience. There’s 17 screens (18 if you include it’s sliding “Unlock” screen so you don’t accidently tap a button if carrying these in your pocket) of various amazing features. The main screen shows you the current time, case battery percentage and the battery percentage of bot the left and right earbud. These show at the top of each screen.
Once unlocked, the default screen displays what you’re listening to and displays the song title with the artist/band/group name. You can pause what you’re listening to, skip forward/back a song or restart the song you’re currently on (and this applies to videos, too). You may also skip forward/back or pause your song/video by tapping the side of the right earbud.
If you swipe left, you’ll go to the next screen which allows you to adjust the volume up or down. Unlike other earbuds, there’s no physical button on the earbuds to adjust the volume, so you must do this from the case or from your Bluetooth device (though you can tap the side of the left earbud to switch between the different noise cancelling sound modes).
There are screens to switch between the different noise cancelling sound modes as well as to enable VoiceAware or Spatial Sound. The Spatial Sound allows you to choose between music, video or gaming modes. There are also screens to adjust the EQ and enable “Auto Play & Pause” – a feature that will pause what you’re listening to for your choice of duration at the sound of your voice if you were to have a quick conversation with someone.
The case has a screen that displays a built-in timer that you can set as a reminder as well as a feature called SilentNow that can be set to automatically activate the Noise Cancelling feature in a certain time. You can also adjust the screen brightness on the charging case and whether or not push-button notifications or message previews for text messages show up on the case. The case also has a flashlight feature that illuminates a brightly lit white screen.
A feature I absolutely love is that the charging case comes with 5 Lock Screen preloaded screen savers, including the ability to personalize your case with your own custom screensaver. You’ll need the JBL Headphones app for this feature and it takes about 30 seconds for it to sync your chosen picture to your case. I love love love this feature!
A feature I hope not to have to use – yet I’m super grateful it’s there – is the Find My Buds feature. Tap this (while you buds are out of your ears, of course) and the buds will make a beep sound loud enough for you to locate them.
The case also allows you to select your language preference and has 13 options to choose from. I’m not sure of the official time needed to charge the case, but I can say that I don’t believe it is very long and the case seems to hold a really good charge for quite a while. I don’t think I’ve seen my battery percentage dip under 50 yet.
Included in the box are also two USB-C to USB-C charging cables (one short, one longer), as well as a USB-C to Aux cable.
I recommend installing the JBL Headphones app which is available on both iOS and Android devices. The app gives you more a few more features with the ability to customize and personalize your earbuds and charging case even more. There are even features to adjust how you sound to people you’re on a phone call with and separate features to adjust how they sound to you! Really cool if you ask me.
All in all – I give these a 10. They are literally perfect in my most honest opinion. Salute to the team of genius minds at JBL for this – I‘m truly in love here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok I have use my new tour pro 3 on my work and sound is so perfect and the way cancel the noise front outside I like because I heart the music very clear and I work with truck with the engine on and the all future the case have I loved the first time the used was and my house and really like it feel like a real speaker or feel like you in the club dancing this is perfect product I really recommended. Also the way to cancel the noise front outside is easy just touch left side ear and it’s cancel and the right ear you can stop and start the music it make everything easy actually I loved

works great! I have hearing issues and the noise cancelling makes the
other person's voice stand out and much easier to understand. "HUH?" and "what?" are slowly disappearing from my vocabulary.

Bottom line,
You have to read the instruction guide as there are many functions you can access by just tapping the left or right earbud to do things such as pause,change noise cancelling,skip to the next song etc etc.
Seems I am still finding features on these even after a few weeks of use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In absolutely love for this product! It's a definite upgrade from previous versions of buds or headphones. I've been a fan of these products ever since I first used a JBL speaker. The charging case is larger this time, and the earbuds themselves look fantastic. After unboxing, I needed a little help with the Bluetooth setup since the user guide wasn't very detailed, but the instructions in the app worked perfectly. Once everything was set up, the music quality was noticeably better. The noise cancellation feature, paired with the easy touch controls on the earbuds, is a game-changer. Overall, these earbuds offer a great experience with plenty of features to explore!

Missing features, useless case display

Minus one star for not being able to use Spatial Audio while LDAC is enabled. These should work together not separate. If other brands can do it (Sony), why not JBL?
Minus another star for the noticeable wind noise even in slight breeze conditions. There is no wind reduction control. Why?
Minus one more star for the constant, even if for a very short period of time (1-2 seconds) loss of connection and buzzing noise when outside (busy, urban area).
If JBL could've taken all that time, energy and money spent on a useless case display and focus on actual, useful features needed for a pair of wireless earbuds.
The case display offers the exact controls found in the app. What JBL solved by adding this display? The user still needs to take out one device to control the settings, whether is the phone or the case. I have a feeling most people will reach out for the larger device with a larger screen where is easier to read and control the settings. Instead of fiddling with a mini display on a charging case. I use it to look at my wallpaper I uploaded to it.

To activate active noise-cancelling without music, press and hold both earbuds for 5 seconds. To enable active noise-cancelling while listening to music, press and hold either the left or right earbud for 5 seconds. To prevent distortion, ensure that your JBL Tour Pro 3 and the source device are within a Bluetooth range of 10 meters. Additionally, avoid standing too close to Wi-Fi routers or appliances like microwaves, as they may interfere with the connection. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Great sounding earbuds ! Could use More volume

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box was a little confusing, trying to learn the different controls, once I got the hang of it it was a breeze. Amazing sounding buds, the only reason I don’t give them a five star is they are just not loud enough For me. I did not even have to change the earpieces. They fit perfectly right out of the box. Seem to have decent battery life, great distance. I’m overall very satisfied with these Earbuds. JBL continues to put out great products. I own many of their things and will continue being a JBL customer. I always recommend their stuff to friends compared to the other brands that they use.
