I love this printer, it was easy to set up, the paper tray is a little flimsy, but all and all it is just what I wanted. The smart ink is a great idea, I do a lot of printing for my granddaughters and I also put decals on T-shirts, the color is very vibrant. W.ould recommend

This printer does everything you need it to. HP is always high quality and easy setup. This is the first printer I've owned with individual print cartridges rather than one cartridge with all colors. In time I'll discover if I'll like it better.

I took a little getting used to this unit after using my 8600 which was more a business unit. After learning how to apply HP smart everything worked out fine helping me scan to computer. I just took a little time getting used to that. Now everything is working fine

we bought this printer about a month ago for personal use ( and so far it has been great. The set up was super easy with the app. we already had the HP instant ink program with our previous printer ( which by the way is also wonderful) and switching it to the new computer was one click!! so far we've only used the printing aspect but will soon be trying the scanning option. the print quality has been good and the printer itself is quieter than our old one(also an HP). I would recommend this printer.
