The colors are not nearly as bright nor as crisp as I had hoped. As most of my printing is colored pictures, this was not the right printer for me and I will not be able to use it for anything but letter printing.
While the printer seems to be doing it's job with no complaints from me, I do have an issue with the setup process and the touch screen. First, there is no printed instruction book to tell you how to pair the printer to your existing computer. I had to download the HP app to find out the printers ip address and password. That was an experience all by itself!! Next, the touch screen is so small, I have to use a pen that has a touch screen tip on one end in order to hit the correct letters/ numbers when entering info. Ridiculous!! The keypad is built for a child's fingers!! I don't claim to be"tech savvy" but this is way too inconvenient for the basic consumer.
I've been subscribed to HP instant ink for over 5 years and have been very happy with it. I love how the ink comes automatically and I'm never out of ink. The small amount I pay every month for the service makes it so worth it to me.
