It’s a very nice printer and so far, so good. Huge disappointment in that it arrived with a warranty that expired last May! Makes me wonder how long it was sitting in the warehouse before being delivered a few weeks ago. Having a devil of a time getting that straightened out. Another disappointment is that you have to manually pull out the paper catcher so the printed pages don’t fall on the floor. My much loved OfficeJet 4650 that this printer replaced had an automatic feature that opened the catcher as soon as the print button was activated. Other than these two issues I’m satisfied with the ease of operation of this printer.
