Still have plenty of ink in the printer. Free ink sent so I would not run out. Love the fact I have them when I do get low on ink. I am sure I will love the ink.

I was expecting a hassle and assumed I’d be calling my HP Smart Friend tech to help. Nope! I literally plugged it in and whalla all prompts from my phone went perfectly fine. However downloading the printer app on my laptop took some doing. Everything seemed fine until the last step installing the Smart Friend App., which I already had but there wasn’t a directive. You were forced to install or Go Back. So I went ahead and clicked install. I guess it upgraded my existing app or over-rode whatever. I got it to print is all I cared about.

I have a home office working for a company with security demands. HP used to have a feature called e-print, and now they don't. My company cannot install HP Smart because of security concerns, so now I can't use my favorite printers. Other manufacturers seem to have followed the same idiotic path, so now my home office is no longer possible. Thanks for nothing, HP.
