Worst Printer Ever

I have been ordering printers and computers from HP since 2016 and have always had great success, but this is the absolute worst printer ever. It takes FOREVER to print, there are always issues each time I print (resetting, ink not printing correctly, etc). Most of the time I have to restart it and have reinstalled it several times and maintain all the updates, etc.

Very poor performance and very expensive ink. Not worth the money. They are trying to make money on the enrollment program for the ink. I wish I would have known this before buying this lemon of a printer.

The installation was quick and easy and setting up all of our phones was a breeze (easier than all of my other HP printers). The one thing that I don't like too much, is I have to use the app to add and change my scan to email shortcuts. I didn't have to use the app before to make these setting changes.

Prints fine. Had trouble with my WiFi was blocking the new device. Was able to connect with a free help desk and got it resolved. Make sure you don’t use the pour screen where chats want to charge you for help. Follow the instructions with the manual. I don’t like that it only uses official HP expensive cartridges
