Major upgrade for my home office

The printer's features are top-notch, from its lightning-fast printing speeds to its seamless wireless connectivity. This was a critical update for me as my prior printer required connecting to 2.4 GHz wireless, which is annoying.
I especially appreciate the automatic document feeder, which saves me time when scanning or copying multiple pages.

However, the installation process was complicated and hard to understand. We followed the instructions one by one but we had to go over all of them three times. I am still having problems with the HP Smart app. It tells me to “get support” and I will. I would like to use all the printer features.

This week I am having problems to print from my computer, cel or IPAD. I had to save the document in a file. I tried several times but it works after the third or fourth attempt. Once it accepts the order the print is excellent.
I will try to fix the SmartApp today. I tried several times to fix the App but still is not communicating with the printer.
Now is printing from my cel and IPad without a problem it was probably the WiFi. However I am still having problems to send documents from my computer. So I have decided to send it to my email and it prints great from my IPhone.
I still recommend the printer. The color quality is excellent and printing speed is great. Excellent printer for a Home Office.

Amazing all in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer meets all of my needs. It prints, fax, scans and copies. You can do double sided printing as well. I know fax is rarely used but I still use it, so having a printer that faxes is needed. The quality is great and I like the hp ink subscriber. Once you sign up, they send you ink as you run low so you be ready to replace that cartridge when you need to. It's a great printer overall and I recommend it to others who need an all in one.

Great All in One Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this printer from HP. The printer is easy to set up, straight forward process. Good size for small office, and home. It has touch screen is good size, easy to use and to read. I like the HP Smart app that I can use to print from the computer. The printing quality is good with the ability to print on both sides, scanning experience was easy after install the plugins. On the top of everything, it come with 3 months of instant ink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer to replace one that was being finicky, if I didn't use it often, it would clog and waste ink cleaning it. The HP 8135E has a little bit bigger footprint than my previous printer but I like the overall design of it. Kind of classy for a printer. Set up was super easy, basically plugged in and turned on, followed a few directions and was good to go. The app to print from is easy and seems very user friendly so far. I haven't got to try actual photo paper yet but was printing a picture of the headboard I made and tried color draft, black and white and color. In both of the drafts, with all the color, you could see the lines from where it printed so fast. Usually when printing in drafts, it's just for me and every printer I have had has done that so not an issue. The picture on the far right is the regular color and looks great. It prints fast and is quiet. The only thing I am wary of is the instant ink and how the charges work but think it would be a good thing so will see how that plays out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hp 8135e is an upgrade from my last boring black and white toner printer. I love the vivid colors, perfect black and white, double sided printing, wifi/Bluetooth connection, and scanner. Very easy to set up with your phone and I love they saved paper by doing the setup that way. It probably only took me 20 mins to set up the printer with my phone, desktop, and set up my ink program. After that I think I tried out all the color settings and then even tried the double sided print. I also used both my computer and phone to print to check the settings. Both turned out great. It is a bit bigger than my last printer, but not huge. Can easily be stored on my desk side. All in all, everything was perfect and I couldn't ask for a better printer!

Setup took about thirty minutes, with only a little software hiccup that was easily corrected by restarting the printer. The instructions were easy to follow. The HP Smart app is convenient and easy to navigate. Prints are good, although the printer is a little sluggish to wake up. Pages print relatively quick. So far, I would recommend the HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e to a friend. I would not subscribe to the prints per month program.
